A website you can stand tall behind.
Your work is good. Your website should say so.The Untemplate Site is a done-for-you strategy, copy, and design build — created around your story, not a template. So the next time someone asks for your link, you send it without hesitation.

Your business has grown. Your website hasn't.
You've done the courses. Signed the clients. Put in the reps. You've built something real — but your website is still back where you started.
You avoid sending people to it. You over-explain yourself on every sales call. You wonder if it's just you — or if your site is quietly costing you clients.
It's not you.
Your website doesn't reflect the clarity you've worked hard to build. It doesn't sound like you. And it definitely doesn't sell for you.
Maybe you've tried to fix it. A new template. A different platform. A cheaper designer who didn't quite get you. Or you meant to fix it and just... didn't. Because every time you opened the builder, you didn't know where to start, so you closed the tab instead. And now, every time you look at it, you feel awful.
The words on your site don't just describe your work. They shape how people feel about it. And right now, they're not doing you justice.
You're in the right place if…
- Your website no longer reflects the level of your work — and you feel it every time you share your link.
- You've tried to fix it yourself and hit a wall. Templates, builders, late nights — none of it felt right.
- You've worked with a designer before and walked away with something generic, broken, or just... not you.
- You're ready to raise your prices and you know your website needs to catch up first.
- You want the whole thing handled — strategy, copy, design — without it consuming your business in the process.
- You came through the Template Trap Audit and you're ready to build.
This isn't the right fit if...
- You're looking for the cheapest option. This is a considered investment, and it's priced that way.
- You want to hand over a Pinterest board and disappear. This process works because you're in it.
- You're not ready to share your story. Your story is the strategy — and that requires some trust.
- You just want a pretty site. Pretty gets attention. Clear gets clients.

What becomes possible when your website finally catches up.
A message that sounds like you — and sells like you mean it.
No more over-explaining on sales calls. Your site says what you've been struggling to say, in your voice, with precision.
A design that reflects where you're going — not where you started.
Professional, intentional, and built to grow with you instead of holding you back.
Discovery calls from people who already get it.
The right clients find you, read your site, and show up warm. The wrong ones self-select out before they ever hit your inbox.
A URL you send without hesitation.
No disclaimer. No "it's a work in progress." Just a link you're proud of.
The confidence to charge what you're worth.
When your site reflects your level, your prices make sense. To them and to you.
Brain space back.
You stop managing a website that doesn't work and start running a business that does.
"You do a huge value add to somebody like me who's got the ideas but not the strategy behind how to do it." — Livi North
Here's how it works.
Every project starts with a discovery call. I don't take any money from you unless we're the right fit. If we move forward, you'll share materials and complete a comprehensive questionnaire.
- 01
Share Your Story
We meet for a 90-minute strategy session to review your Untemplate Playbook — what your site needs to say, who it needs to say it to, and how every page earns its place.
- 02
Shape the Site
I write your copy, design your pages, and build your site. You give feedback in two defined rounds. No endless back-and-forth, no scope creep, no surprises.
- 03
Ship It
Final QA, mobile testing, forms connected. Then we record your custom site walkthrough so you know exactly how everything works before I hand over the keys.
The whole thing takes 10–12 weeks. You stay in your zone of genius. I handle everything else.

I build websites I can stand behind — or I don't build them.
By day, I lead web design and strategy at the U.S. Department of State for state.gov. That monstrosity of a website can, and has, hit over 47,000 pages and 79 million annual visitors. That's enough content strategy to make your head spin.
I'm a historian by training. Which means I'm wired to take messy, scattered material and find the story inside it. That's what I do with your website. I take everything you bring to the table and build something that makes sense to the people who land on it. Not just structurally. Not just visually. Narratively.
Too many smart, talented coaches run their businesses on websites that fall short. They deserve better.
I only work with clients whose businesses are ready for this level of attention. If that sounds like yours, I'd like to hear about it.
From "I stopped sending people there" to a site she's proud of.
Livi came to me with a coaching practice that was already working. She had clients, a unique methodology, and a voice that was completely her own. Her website didn't come close to matching any of it.
We started with the audit — a full diagnostic of what was broken and what needed to change. Then we built from there. Strategy first, then copy, then design. Every decision tied back to her story and her client's pain, not a template someone else had already used a hundred times.
Halfway through the project, Livi told me she'd stopped sending people to her old site entirely, because she was so excited for what was coming. "I was like, I'm gonna wait a couple more weeks till it looks good."
The part she didn't expect? She didn't have to find the words.
"You do a huge value add to somebody like me who's got the ideas but not the strategy behind how to do it."
Livi now has a site that sounds exactly like her — and works exactly like it should.
The difference isn't subtle. You can see it in five seconds.
"I would 100% recommend working with you, especially if you care about having a site that reflects your voice and not just a template version of it. You don’t just build websites — you translate vision into something real. Seriously — thank you. You did a fucking amazing job."
Frequently Asked Questions
Fair question — and I'd ask it too. Every project moves step by step, with clear milestone sign-offs before anything moves forward. You approve the strategy before design starts. You approve the design before the build starts. You're never left guessing what's happening or what's next.
- Not necessarily. The strategy phase often helps clarify your offers — we figure out what your site needs to say, which sometimes makes what you're selling clearer too. That said, if you're completely pre-launch with nothing validated yet, it's worth starting with the audit first.
No. We work with what you have and I'll guide you on what's worth adding later. You don't need perfect. You need a foundation that can grow with you.
Your input matters most at the start. You'll complete a detailed questionnaire, share your existing materials, and join a 90-minute strategy session. After that, I take the reins. You give feedback in two defined rounds — asynchronously, no unnecessary calls — and show up for the recorded handoff walkthrough at the end.
You review and approve both before anything is finalized. This is a collaborative process, not a reveal. You'll never be handed something and told to live with it.
I'm flexible. If you like your current platform, I can work with it. If you'd prefer a custom build, I hand-code from scratch. (Psst — the site you're reading this on? Hand-coded.) We'll talk through which is the right fit on your discovery call.
The project has a defined end point — but that doesn't mean I disappear. At the end of every build, we'll have a conversation about what ongoing support looks like for your site. Nothing to decide now. Just know the option exists.
Your work is good. Your website should back it up.
You've done the hard part — building something worth sharing. This is the part where your website catches up.
