Typically for an Untemplate Site, I collect payment at three milestones: when the project begins, when the copy is approved, and when the project ends. If you need more flexibility, we can discuss options.

It depends. Because I still have a full-time job, I can only take on 1–2 clients at a time. If we agree that the fit is right, we will set a tentative timeline before you commit.
